Clean, good aircon, close to mall and cinema, delicious breakfast, friendly staff.
Nothing that I didn't like.

We enjoyed the comfortable bed and the cleanliness of the room. The staff was friendly and willing to help us with travel plans. The area had a lot of restaurants and cafes to choose from, which was convenient for our romantic escape.
The neighborhood did not feel safe, especially at night, and we were not comfortable walking back to the hotel in the dark. The location was far from tourist attractions, which made it difficult for us to explore the city.

My Easter stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable! The first thing I liked was the brand new and well-appointed room that I was given. The bathroom was particularly nice, with an excellent shower that helped me refresh after a long day. The second thing I enjoyed was the breakfast buffet, which had lots of delicious options to choose from.
The location of the hotel was not the best. The area around it was not very clean, and there were quite a few homeless people on the street.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect as it was very close to the bus station, making it easy for me to travel around this city. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, I noticed this as soon as I got to my room. Additionally, the breakfast options were varied and delicious, with something to suit everyone's taste. The staff were also very friendly, despite the language barrier they tried their best with translations. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others for its facilities and transportation convenience.
Nothing, all excellent!

There are a couple of good things about the location of this hotel. it's super close to the bus station, which is really handy for those arriving and leaving Porto Alegre. down to the train station, there are some decent bars and restaurants to visit.
This hotel is located in an area with visible signs of poverty and prostitution.
